Antique Meissen Cupid Cherub With Dove M 115. 12 inches tall and 5 inches wide at base. This porcelain piece is of a pink winged cherub putto on a gilt circular base. Largest and most intriguing putto in the collection. He stands with a light green pastel green drape with quiver at his hip.
He holds high above his head the dove in one hand with a flaming heart in his other hand. The shin tones are lovely. Adorn the base of the piece. This unusual cherub putti shows the fine craftsmanship of the detailed accents and lovely facial features.
